I am unable to load this game - screen is totally white.
Hello, Merge Academy recently had an update. Would you mind taking a moment to go through a few troubleshooting steps?
- Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
- Clear your Cache/Cookies
- Check your Device or updates, Check for Browser Updates
- Check to ensure your device meets the Requirements to play POGO.
