Message Center problem
Message Center is messed up. I cannot originate a message to my friends. I can receive messages and answer them only. I can't delete messages that
I have sent. The subject will not allow me to erase it so I can't put in subject which is probably the main problem. The boxes that are suppose to be available
to delete messages are not available on ones I want to send or have sent. They are available on ones that I receive only.
Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
