Solitaire Home Story frozen and not loading

my game is also frozen, I was able to contact EA help, and the person I spoke to said she would report it, but to also list it here on the forum

its the weekly badge for Solitaire Home Story,  Home Lamp Badge,  I have tried numerous times to play but no progress beyond when the computer shut down with no warning,  I have completed every badge since becoming a member, and sure don't want to lose out on the yearly badge,  I sure hope someone can fix this for me.

    I have the same  problem, I mostly play games on my iPad but haven’t been able to play home story at all on my iPad but could play on my IPhone now I can’t play on my iPhone either. 

  • Iam Having the Same problem. Would be Great if they Fix it. I call Pogo last Friday.  they said fix it. But does same thing. didnt fix it
