[Monitoring] Unable to Open Gifts, Button unresponsive

I have received 44 gifts from Pogo, when I click open gifts it won't open. Someone please help me. I've been trying to get this resolved for 2 month's. This is frustrating and ridiculous. Thank You f...

@CTauthor Hey there, so you don't receive any error messages when attempting to open the gifts is that correct?

Can I ask which browser you are using?

Firefox - 87.0 (64-bit)

The "See Gifts" and right arrow (to tab through the unopened gifts) do nothing.  NOTE:  other functions on the page work fine.  It is only the two I mentioned that are "non-functional".  FYI:  I have tried clearing my browser cache and also tried using Microsoft Edge.  Same results.

      @CTauthor @sprtsfn7 Thank you for providing the doc, I tried on my end and it seems to be functioning. 

      To confirm can you try clearing your cache/cookies and signing back in to see if this is still happening? If so can you share the following information?

      - Which web browsers have you tried?

      - What device are you using?

        Browser cache cleared (I really do not want to clear cookies).

        Attempted with:

        Firefox - 87.0 (64-bit)

        Microsoft Edge - Version 89.0.774.76 (Official build) (64-bit)

        Using Dell XPS 8940:

        Intel Core i9-10900 CPU @ 2.80GHz

        Installed RAM:  64.0 GB

        System Type:  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

        Windows 10 Home, Version 2004; OS build 19041.92B
