[Monitoring] Unable to Open Gifts, Button unresponsive

Opening gifts is NOT functioning.  I have cleared my cookies/cache (although I REALLY did not want to!!).  NOTHING.  Exact same results as before:  See Gifts doesn't work.  The ability to click the right arrow to move to the next gift DOESN'T WORK.  EVERYTHING else on the page works fine.

Is there ANY chance ANYONE is ever going to respond to my problem with Pogo.com?  I have TWENTY-THREE gifts - and I cannot open a single one!!   It would be greatly appreciated if SOMEONE AT EA CARED!!

    @CTauthor We're now into JULY and STILL no one has answered this issue. I have TWENTY-FIVE Gifts I cannot open, cannot access, cannot activate!
