Monopoly Sudoku - City #2 - Unknown Error - Losing Money

Monopoly Sudoku City #2 Update:

I launched Monopoly Sudoku a few minutes before the Rent Collection timer expired for the 2 Green properties (which accrue rent every 3.5 hours) in City #2.

When the timer expired for the 2 Green properties, I did the following:

I clicked on the pulsating money bag for the first Green property, and nothing happened. I clicked on the bag several times, and it would not launch the rent recollection part of the game.

Surprisingly, I was able to successfully click on the pulsating money bag for the second Green property and collect the associated rent. (I have 3 Green houses on both of the Green properties.)

I was also able to successfully click on all of the other pulsating money bags (2 properties each for colors Brown, Light Blue and Pink) and collect the associated rent.

I then closed and relaunched Monopoly Sudoku, and I was greeted with the following pop-up:

Welcome back!

Offline earnings

[Monopoly Sudoku money "M"] 26,250

Green "Collect" button

I clicked the Collect button, and I received the following pop-up:

Error

An unknown error has occurred, please try again.

I then clicked on the "X" in the upper right corner of the pop-up, and the Error pop-up dialog disappeared.

Monopoly Sudoku City #2 Update #2:

New day, same problem.

I was playing Monopoly Sudoku when the Rent Collection timer expired for the 2 Green properties

I was able to successfully click on the pulsating money bag for the second Green property and collect the associated rent.

I then closed and relaunched Monopoly Sudoku, and I was greeted with the same two pop-ups ("Offline earnings" and then "Error") as I outlined in the first Update post.

Multiple time yesterday, I encountered the problem of not being able to activate/open the money bag on the first Green property in Monopoly Sudoku City #2 (Las Vegas).

I first noticed the problem when I had 3 Green houses on both of the Green properties.

Yesterday, I upgraded both of the Green properties to 4 Green houses. After which, I continued to encounter the problem with the first Green property.

Note to EA: You may want to change the subject of this thread to something like "Monopoly Sudoku - City #2 - Cannot Activate First Green Property Money Bag".

Majorly regret taking the first green property in City #2 out of construction mode to reach 256 stars and open the airport.

Background: Once I encountered the Error message upon relaunching Monopoly Sudoku after trying to click on the first green property's money bag to collect the associated rent and nothing happened with the money bag, I decided to keep the first green property in construction mode. The result was several days of playing Monopoly Sudoku without encountering an error message.

I steadily upgraded the first green property, but left it in construction mode until a couple of days ago. Big mistake!! I have lost millions in rent since then.

Now, I launch Monopoly Sudoku and am greeted with an offline rent message of over 1 million. I click to collect the rent and boom, the dreaded Error message. Please note: I do not (and have yet to) accumulate any of the offline accrued rent once I get the Error message, even after relaunching Monopoly Sudoku.

I wish I had 1) left the first green property in construction mode after purchasing the Blue Hotel, 2) accumulated the 1 billion needed to proceed to City #3 (when it is released), and then 3) taken the first green property out of construction mode to reach 256 stars and open the airport.

First Pink Property in City #2 is now acting like the first Green property.

Clicked on the first Pink property's money bag to collect the rent and nothing happened. Relaunched Monopoly Sudoku and got an offline rent pop-up, which I clicked and then got the dreaded Error message.

I have Blue Hotels on all the properties, and I have collected all 256 stars in City #2, which unlocked the airport.

It looks like you are running into a few different issues with Monopoly Sudoku, Wanted to check if you are still seeing any of these issues after today? If so can you make a different post for each issue and we can take a further look into them?
