Hey there @Player_tl57u0jg Please try clearing your cache. If old data is hanging around and causing issues, clearing your browser cache can help pull the new data for the game again. Note: it can take a bit longer to pull the data after clearing your cache, but once it does, it should be swift.

Cache has been cleared & browser restarted. It still will not load. It freezes at the green screen.

- 4 years ago@Player_tl57u0jg Same here, just green screen, even tried fox and edge where I have never played pogo on and its just green.

I got mine to work by turning on use hardware acceleration when available in browser settings on system tab. I then turned it off and it went green again, turned it on again and it works again. This was the case for both Edge and Chrome browsers. Picture of where setting is located.- 4 years ago
