Monopoly Sudoku

Monopoly Sudoku does not load the city for me. I only get a green screen. It happens on my Ipad, on my hubby's PC well as on my PC. I tried Chrome and Firefox browser, no luck. I have been having this issue now for 1 week if not longer. I did not clear the cache as I had not used my husbands nor my new PC to play POGO on them before. Please fix the issue.  Thank you
