I ran out of lives and I bought more but it took my 100 gems but didn't get the lives. I reloaded the game at my gem balance was still 100 less but it was prompting me to buy lives still.

I get enough money to build my hotel and then I get an error code. I close out, go back in, and I have less money and I don't have enough to get my hotel. This has happened twice in the last two days...
