Most games won't load in Safari
I have a mid 2013 iMac with 8gb of RAM, running Mojave. I'm using Safari 13. Whether or not I'm using Pogo Classic, there are a lot of games that won't load, including Snowbird solitaire and Tri peak...

The games still are not loading. However, after a period of time without touching anything, the screen goes to "Still Playing? Press CONTINUE to prevent your game from ending due to inactivity." After I hit Continue, it froze, but when I pressed it again it says "uh oh! Something went wrong. Please try restarting your game". Pressing restart brings me back to the same thing. I do not have this issue in any other browser.

To help us track down what may be going on here, can you share your macOS System Report (as a PDF)? You can attach it to a reply, or private message me here on AHQ with it. It would help a lot in figuring out what is going on with Safari.
