My Monopoly Sudoku screen turns yellow

I finished the 3rd city, clicked the airport and everything turned yellow and I have not been able to play since.  I get the Cool Games screen loading, the little man running around and then when I should see the city, all I get is a big yellow screen.  Any help would be appreciated.  I  have done all the steps about 10 times now.

    Hey Everyone. 

    I wanted to check if anyone is still running into this issue?

    If so can you go through the following steps and check if this continues? If it does be sure to let us know below...

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

    Yep, I have the exact same problem/screen and have tried all their suggestions to unfreeze it, but nothing works - anyone have any other thoughts on how to get technical help for this issue?

     completed another city  the game will not reload . I only get a yellow screen
