Once again cannot buy gems. This is getting ridiculous. Enough to want to quit POGO. It's been 5 days and still nothing!

I was really hoping for a Christmas miracle. I have not been able to purchase gems for over six weeks now. I've asked for help with no response. Its's enough to not want to play anymore.
