My Pogo Slots Quest cards are frozen

My Pogo Slots has Quest card 3 FROZEN...wont record my progress

I am currently in Rank 6...but the coins are locked

    @EA_Arrenai Now that frozen element is fixed ty....Now my free coins every 6 hours has set back to 300and I am at rank 7.I was getting 500 before the thaw

        why does Pogo have a Help option if there is  NO way to reach someone?
