why does Pogo have a Help option if there is NO way to reach someone?

It sounds like things did update a bit for you there, which is good. For the tokens being set back, however, what quest card are you working on right now?

Oh no, @BEETHOVEN111111! Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing? I posted some instructions earlier in the thread. It would help a lot in figuring out what is going on.

Hey there, @iimizdaisyii.
It doesn't appear to have gone through. There's two options to add it to your post:
- Click the Choose File option above the Preview / Submit buttons, which will add it as an attachment link under your post.
- Use the Insert/Edit Image button in the post editor, which will add the screenshot as an image in the middle of your post, like I did with this post.

At the moment, the team is still investigating the issue. However, to help out on your end, does the issue happen on other browsers or devices? For example, if you have a smart phone, does the issue also occur there?

The Coin slot is showing locked and the Quest cards are stuck at 3. No change

My coin card is still locked!!! Surely this problem can be fixed...why is this taking foreverrrr??? My patience is wearing mighty thin...and the Pogo help is non existant..geez fix this already

I just realized I am having this same exact issue! My bet it stuck at 30 coins still and I'm about to compete Quest Card 7! My "max bet" button is greyed out and if I try to click on the + or - to increase it, theres a little pop up telling me I have to complete Quest Card 2 to activate my bet increase...I mean huh??? I'm on number 7 already and I'm pretty sure number 2 comes before 7 haha. When I click on view to check my card progress, the "coin card" next to the quest card is locked and says I need to complete Quest Card 3 to unlock coin cards. Well here again, Im pretty sure if I'm working on Quest card 7 right now, clearly I completed 3 a looong time ago! There is quite obviously some random, rare glitch that is happening here and Im shocked to see yall are still stuck! We have 2 Pogo accounts and my husband's Pogo Slots progress has gone off without a hitch and then on my account it's all kinds of screwed up. We both play on the exact same macbooks, use the same exact browsers etc etc etc.....so I'm not sure that has anything to do with it. There would be wayyyy more players having this same problem and so far I've only found this topic from a few people. Anyway, I can't believe I didnt realize until yesterday that this was a problem so I'll be needing the same help getting this issue fixed. I'm going to attempt to put a screenshot on this post but I dunno if it'll work.

Your problem sounds ever so familiar. To try to report this problem is a lost cause....What I did was filled out a survey and I was ever so blunt and guess what it thawed for a while and now am back with the chain up. and locked...Wish they would get their act together before releasing a new game. I used to love Pogo. Good luck to you.
