Hello, I recently became a member as of the 5th of this month (march) I had a email stating the membership is active and I received the free gems for joining. My problem now is when i go to purchase gems I get a message saying " This Creditcard number is already saved and i cannot proceed to purchase the gems. What do I need to do to be able to make purchases in Pogo. Thank You.
Go to My Account on the Pogo website and select Change Payment Method - try deleting and reentering your card or adding another card or using PayPal as a method of payment. At times there may be a number off or a variety of other reasons why the card may not be recognized.
