new member

Hello, I recently became a member as of the 5th of this month (march) I had a email stating the membership is active and I received the free gems for joining. My problem now is when i go to purchase gems I get a message saying " This Creditcard number is already saved and i cannot proceed to purchase the gems.  What do I need to do to be able to make purchases in Pogo.  Thank You.

    To purchase gems on Pogo, choose the desired gem package by clicking the blue button that displays the price.

    The following screen will display for finalizing your purchase. Please ensure that you check the Terms of Sale box to activate the Complete Order button. Once the Complete Order button is highlighted, click it to finalize your purchase.

    I know how to order them but pogo is telling me that my bank card is already saved and I cannot proceed to check out. i do not know where pogo saved the card to nor do i know how to rectify this situation.

    Go to My Account on the Pogo website and select Change Payment Method - try deleting and reentering your card or adding another card or using PayPal as a method of payment. At times there may be a number off or a variety of other reasons why the card may not be recognized.
