no badges showing in games
Is anybody else having trouble seeing peoples badges in the games? I go into a game and no ones badges come up next to their user names.

I apologize for any confusion. The player lists are from the chat itself, not from the game.
I did pull up chat on Pogo Slots and took a look at the name list. While many don't have their favorite badge chosen, there was one that did and it showed up. (Screennames edited out.)
To help track down this issue, which game are you not seeing the badge icons for? Is this on the new Pogo experience or on Pogo Classic?

I'm not seeing badges on any games I play on both classic and new experience. One or two badges sometimes are seen.

Hey there, @smbdirect.
I know there's been some trouble with the favorite badges showing up on the Flash chat in Pogo Classic. However, any badge or mini you have showing up as your avatar on the new Pogo experience should show up in the chat.
I took a look at your new Pogo experience profile, and it looks like you still have Spike selected as your avatar (which may be your default), so you'll need to set your favorite badge as your avatar to see it in chat.

How do I do that? What about everyone else's badge? Why aren't they showing up in the chat rooms? They ALWAYS used to, right next to their user names. I love seeing other people's badges.

Hey there, @smbdirect. Sure! I'll be happy to walk you through it.
There's two parts, since you don't have any favorite badges set on the new Pogo yet.
To set your favorite badges:
- Click on your avatar in the upper right corner to open the avatar menu
- Select My Profile
- In the About Me section, click on EDIT next to the Favorite Badges
- Using the filters on the left-hand side, narrow down your badge types and then click to select
- Click Save Changes to save your favorite badges
You can have up to 4 favorite badges.
Now that you have favorite badges, you can select them as your avatar.
To select an avatar that shows in chat:
- From your Profile page, click on the pencil icon next to your avatar
- Your mini should be the top left option, and the rest of the row is your favorite badges
- Click on the avatar you'd like to use
