Sorry to hear you've been having this issue. I know that that sound can be a big part of the enjoyment when playing a game so I can only imagine how frustrated you must be.
I'm more than happy to check into this for you, for that I'll need a couple of clarifications just so I can narrow down possible causes.
Are you playing on PC or on a mobile device?
If you are playing on PC can you please let me know what browser you are using and if you have tried using a seperate browser.
Im having the same problem and i appreciate your answer. Im using a cell phone, no sound on some games like Rainy Day Solitaire. But when i use my Moto tablet, i have sound!
