The daily challenges are not working. I've completed all three, but have only been able to collect two.

That means I'm missing out on the reward for that challenge (110 seed coins) and the rewards for completing all three challenges.

Hello!

Here in forums, they are unable to assist us with specific account or payment information due to being in a public forums community, additionally they also do not have the ability to credit us with gems, powerups, badges or rewards of any type.

You would first need to go through EA Help to report this issue, you can find the steps here > [POGO] How to Contact EA Support | EA Forums - 12464874

If they are unable to assist you, I would secondly contact Pogo_Sconnie via Pogo email to address this issue.

Please note that if a button does not appear or the Pogo website seems to be acting unusual, it’s a good idea to log out of Pogo, clear your cookies and cache, and then try additional troubleshooting steps. This often resolves display and functionality issues caused by outdated or corrupted data.

Pogo, how can you have a daily challenge with Pogo slots to get Pogo bonus symbols if Nile’s Purramid doesn’t work? It hasn’t worked for months and I see very little being done to fix it. Please address this issue.

Awards rather paid or earned are loaded individually to our specific accounts.

This forums community cannot reward gems, powerups, badges or rewards of any type as mentioned above. You will need to go through EA Help or Pogo_Sconnie for assistance. Here in forums, they literally do not have the capability to award the 110 seed coins to your account.

Hope this helps with understanding, and you can get the earned seed coins to your account. 🙂
