no sound in scrabble

The  Scrabble game works fine, but there is no longer any sound.  I have sound with the other games.  Any ideas, or is this a problem for anyone else?

    Hey there, @wisdomaf.

    Let's see if we can figure this out and get the sound working for you again. First, can you try toggling OFF and then back ON the sound button on the right-hand side of the game? This will help refresh the sound settings, even if it was set ON prior.

    Me too... but all I get from POGO is: "No one else is having the same problems."
    I have a MAC OS15 I is working fine. Only POGO has no sound . + some games do not load. HELP!
