not enough stars to continue on Monopoly Sudoku.

I have upgraded every property and only have 124 stars. I am guessing the problem is that sometimes property upgrades do not register stars, which is why we all seem to have different amounts of stars, and some people have all 128. Hopefully it will get fixed soon so we can all be sitting at the airport with nothing to do.
