Not receiving Gems I paid for.. you have my money, where are my gems?

While playing Solitare Home story.  I bought gems (600) to continue playing.  While the sale went through,  The gems did not. That was in January.   It said Error try again  I waited but nothing happ...

Its been 20 days since I posted, 20 days since I reported it to EA.  Not so much as a an I'm sorrry and we will take care of it.  You are real good at taking our money and what do we get for it.   a BIG FAT NOTHING!!! 

What is the point of renewing my Pogo membership?  Facebook has plenty of games I can play... Who needs Pogo.  I don't remember why I quit years ago, but I bet it had something with being cheated.
