Not receiving Gems I paid for.. you have my money, where are my gems?

While playing Solitare Home story.  I bought gems (600) to continue playing.  While the sale went through,  The gems did not. That was in January.   It said Error try again  I waited but nothing happened.  I wrote immediately and still nothing happened.

This week it happened again, I believe I was playing Quinn's Aquarium (I wanted to see what which package I bought but, my purchase record is just buffering and showing nothing)I knew writing to Customer service or feedback, was a waste,so I went to the Community board for the game. and other games.  Found out this does happen from time to time and I have to file a complaint ticket.  Right! and where am I supposed to find that.  I have to tell you this is not a friendly websiteat all.

Bottom line I would like my gems or a refund for those 2 orders.  If I don't get something when my membership is up in July I will not be renewing.  The gems are so overprice it is ridiculous espeically when we get absolutely nothing in return.  It would be different if there were prizes or something but we get nothing.  We pay $40 for the privilige of playing the game.  As a Facebook member I can play those games for free.  I just happen to prefer Pogo,  But frankly I feel as though I am being robbed.  Especially when I don't even play half the games.

    MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE "STILL NEED HELP?" Its in small print but it worked for me. 

  • I'm going through the same thing. I like Pogo but their customer service stinks. Good luck. If I hear anything I'll post it here. 

  • Its been 20 days since I posted, 20 days since I reported it to EA.  Not so much as a an I'm sorrry and we will take care of it.  You are real good at taking our money and what do we get for it.   a BIG FAT NOTHING!!! 

    What is the point of renewing my Pogo membership?  Facebook has plenty of games I can play... Who needs Pogo.  I don't remember why I quit years ago, but I bet it had something with being cheated.
