Phlinx II

I'm caught in a loop where I keep completing Horus Pyramid, Horus Temple, Horus Gate, Celestial Phlinx...Then everything I collect in my obelisks for those levels disappears and I have to start all over again...It's even done this for Osiris Gate, Isisa Gate, and Set Gate...How do I get past these levels???
