Please explain win with a frozen pile in Canasta

Do you only need a frozen pile on the last hand to win?  Can't figure it out.

    Hello @CareAllB 

     

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

    ALL those directions I followed those directions but when you click on the part not to be able to pick up pile then I cant pick up frozen pile either

    I did all that but if you click that no one can pick up pile then I cannot pick up frozen pile either, I followed the directions What am I missing?? Please Help

    I have been wondering about this challenge for years, but never bothered to figure it out.  I only found this message because I was looking for something else regarding Canasta.  Thanks for figuring this out!!!

    Curious if you have lately had problems with Canasta not drawing properly.  I. e., the text is not lining up with the buttons and the cards are not lining up with the boxes for them.  I now only play Canasta when there is a challenge because this is so frustrating!

    No one is supposed to pick up the frozen pile.

    The objective is to win the game while in frozen pile mode. If you follow the instructions by creating your own room and setting the rules you should be able to achieve the badge.
