Thanks for letting us know that your friend has been having loading issues with Merge Academy. Could your friend join this thread and confirm the following:

• Do the loading issues happen at a particular point in the game?
• Are they playing on a PC or a mobile device? 
  • If on Mobile, can they let us know if it is iOS or Android?
  • If on PC, can they let us know what browser they use and whether they've tried any other browsers?

For me, it worked yesterday but tonight the game won't load. It opens to the first page where it gives instructions but won't go beyond that. There are way too many problems with this game!!!

Why do you keep offering challenges when the game won't even open??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111

I am having the same issue. The bar only goes about 3/4 of the way and then stops loading.  I never had this issue before today.  Hope they fix it before badge is due to end.

Merge academy is not working all I get is a white screen... all other games work... please fix this

What is happening? When will this be fixed???

I wish the loading problem can get fixed on Merge Academy.  this is going on too long.

Merge Academy is not loading AGAIN or should I say STILL.

Merge academy is not loading for me either. It worked earlier today but has not worked since early afternoon.

It's been a while since this thread was last active. I'd hope that means the loading issues from a month ago were resolved. If that changes, please open a new thread and include the following information: 

• Do the loading issues happen at a particular point in the game?
• Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device? 
  • If on Mobile, is it on iOS or Android?
  • If on PC, please share what browser you're using
