Pogo Canasta Freezing the Game

Why do they not fix the problem in Canasta when players refuse to play and thus freeze the game. Very annoying and should not happen as it didn't in the past.

    Hello! This indeed could be seen as unsportsmanlike behavior as a tactic some players use when they realize they cannot win.

    Although this has happened to me in the past as well, I realized I do not know what may be going on with the other player - maybe a call, door knock, emergency, etc. I normally leave and try another room.

    However, if you see them again and they use the same tactic you'll know it is the latter. We have the ability to report a player by clicking on their profile and filing a report for this conduct.

    when I sign into canasta I cannot see what room I'm in or any people. It just says waiting for person to join. And what upsets me the most is that extend/ do not extend never comes up. I always end up sitting there for about 3 minutes because the other player is losing. Then the game stops and you get kicked out. Sorry this does not apply to freezing, I've never done this before. I would appreciate any help.

    This needs to stop. These players know how to freeze up a game. This needs to stop. I lost 21 of my points from this when he left the game.

    EA does not care. We are all facing the same problems and they dont care at all. all they care is the money. I have been with pogo since it begun and when they change to HD I have never won and my rating sucks. Peuple table is rigged and Pogo plays. not you. I think its time for me to let go

    Pogo needs to fix this so a player has to accept the end of game instead of having to hit the ok button to go on, like Jungle Gin it automatically starts/continues the game.  Reporting a player for unsportsmanlike conduct does not solve the problem Pogo needs to fix it.
