Pogo daily sudoku progress and stars earned disappears. After a puzzle is completed my progress is not kept it just disappears. Many players are having this issue as well.

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...

I tried to clear the problem following your steps with no success . I am using a PC, Chrome, and no error message at all. As I stated other players have the same issue as I do , please check your Pogo forum for their same posts as well. And, as I discovered from your forum that this is not the first time Pogo has had this same problem.
