Pogo Daily Sudoku 'streak' issue not answered

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...

I tried to clear the problem following your steps with no success . I am using a PC, Chrome, and no error message at all. As I stated other players have the same issue as I do , please check your Pogo forum for their same posts as well. And, as I discovered from your forum that this is not the first time Pogo has had this same problem.

You advise the same solutions and as I stated before I tried to clear the problem following your steps with no success . I am using a PC, Chrome, and no error message at all. As I stated other players have the same issue as I do , please check your Pogo forum for their same posts as well. And, as I discovered from your forum that this is not the first time Pogo has had this same problem. This is your problem. There is nothing I can do on my end to fix it. You've had this problem in the past as stated by many many players and now it's back again. It's very frustrating. Please just fix it so I can get on with the game.
