Solitaire Home Story Chapter 93 Build a Border

In chapter 93 of Solitaire Home Story the "Build a Border" piece requiring 4 stars to complete freezes the window when I complete the 4 stars and try to select the border. I've gotten the 4 stars 4 times now on two different browsers and it still won't let me advance. I've tried clearing cache etc as well all to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue?
