Pogo Daily Sudoku 'streak' issue not answered

Sudoku Daily Streak, NOT functioning correctly. I play and complete multiple levels Daily and have had to purchase Flames with Gems, more than once, to keep my Streak going, I get the message stating "I have missed One day", even as many as three days, when in fact that should not be the case. Ironically, the 'missed a day, always seems to occur when my Flame level is down to zero! Is this just another way to get Gems used?

I have even started taking Screen Shots to show my Streak messages and the dates, I find this frustrating and annoying. I am aware I can just not utilize the 'Streak', but I started it and would like to keep it going, but I am not going to keep buying Flames, when my daily completion should be enough. I enjoy this game immensely, as I utilize it to keep my Senior brain working!

  • You advise the same solutions and as I stated before I tried to clear the problem following your steps with no success .  I am using a PC, Chrome, and no error message at all.  As I stated other players have the same issue as I do , please check your Pogo forum for their same posts as well.  And, as I  discovered from your forum that this is not the first time Pogo has had this same problem. This is your problem.  There is nothing I can do on my end to fix it.  You've had this problem in the past as stated by many many players and now it's back again.  It's very frustrating.  Please just fix it so I can get on with the game.       

  • According to the Pogo Insider your team is aware of the problem with Pogo daily Sudoku not saving progress.  It's now over a month and the problem still exists.  Since this has happened in the past it should be a fast fix but still it isn't.

    I really don't have much faith in your team fixing the problem because I have another problem with Pogo Monopoly Sudoku now for over 7 months and your team closed out my case with no fix for me.  I did everything they said, gave them all my info and still I can"t advance to the next city because I haven't been awarded the stars I have already earned.
