Pogo gems purchase

I bought the 600 gem package. that's documented on my account.  I also used 220 i think of them.  that is also documented but the gems didn't upload.  I'm $43.?? poorer and no coins to show for it ☹️

    Hello! Unfortunately, the EA Community Managers who read our posts are unable to assist us with purchase issues. You will need to contact Customer Support to look into this further and assist.

    However, before you contact them - I would suggest doing a little leg work to make the inquiry go a little faster. 

    You can view your gem purchases and usage here on EA and on Pogo (i found here on EA it loads a little faster).

    Viewing your Gem Transactions and Purchase History here on EA

    Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of this page and a drop down will appear. Click on EA ACCOUNT

    When the new page appears, click on Order History - a security alert will appear, and it will send you a code to the email address attached to your account.

    After you enter the code give it a minute to load.

    Once it loads you can see all the order numbers and activity of when you bought the gems and what they were exactly used for.

    Viewing your Gem Transactions and Purchase History here on Pogo

    Click on your profile, then on My Account. From here you will also be able to view your history, however it takes a while to load.

    Once you have all the information of when the gems were purchased, how many are missing and how many were used - you can contact Customer Support for assistance: 

    Here > I want to check my order status - Pogo (ea.com)

    Click on CHAT WITH US and follow the steps.

    I received 3 messages saying the gems would now be placed in my account from missing ones in the past. Why would give then take the gems.  If you give them you should leave them.

  • I still cannot get them to help me at all I wish they would I don't know what else to do very hurt in pogo and EA
