Pogo Mahjong Sanctuary - lvl 105 can't be completed.

Level 105 of Mahjong Sanctuary can not be completed.  The rainstorm that comes as you near the end of the game acts differently than the other rainstorms earlier in the game by dumping several tiles at once, instead of two a round, then skipping a round or rounds, then sometimes adding more single tiles or flashing like it is going to add a tile then adds nothing.  This leaves either an uneven number of tiles or mismatched tiles, on the board making the game impossible to win or advance on.  These tiles are all on the base level, not stacked and hiding other tiles.  If somehow this is intended you have made the game completely unwinnable and I have taken a lot of passes at it to test that theory.  The game can not be won using powerups either, so I am just trapped at this level, unable to move forward to complete badges or the other activities in the game.  This problem has been noted before on the Pogo forum pages.
