Niles Pyramid is not loading Even after a full re-boot. The other slot game, Grants Garden does load.

I do appreciate your assistance very much. I had done the troubleshooting steps before but went through them again in case I missed a step last time. The game is still not working for me. I have a new Windows 11 computer, it's only a few months old now. Please note that I don't have any issues with other games not working at all (there are glitches with some of the games and some will even freeze up during game play and have to start it again). Niles Purrramid is the only game that I know of that will not allow you to play it and has been this way for at least 3 months. I do hope that tech support will be able to fix it.
This is all well and good, but please understand that not everyone with this issue is on a PC. I have the problem on my android tablet and smartphone. Yes, not everyone with a PC, tablet or android smartphone has an issue. My devices are clean and up to date, if not I couldn't play other Pogo games. If Pogo can find the time to create daily and weekly challenges it should be able to fix this issue so all of us can play this game.
The application freezes and does not load the reels. Has anyone had this issue, and what can be done to correct it?
There is nothing like the joy of being ignored. Another challenge today we can't play. I'm done with this Forum stuff.
I’m having trouble with it just recently. I can’t play it on my windows laptop or my iPad.
