I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. I've even tried going to another networked locations and used a couple different computers and browsers with same results. I can play the Pogo Slots Grant's Garden without any problems and Nile's Purramid completely locks up and all you can hear is the spin sound. I've attached a screenshot and there is no graphics in the slot fields.
I hate that we're paying for something we can't use and you've had this issue for a month. I've tried playing around with my anti-virus to make sure pogo was exempted for being blocked. This is wild.
I've even went so far as to remove my anti-virus software and still no change. The most bazaar thing to me is that the Grant's Gardens works flawlessly when loading but seems to occasionally freeze up on bonus rounds. The freeze doesn't happen always or consistently enough to really pin point the trend...yet! I don't know where to go from here but just not playing the game doesn't seem like a solution to me. 🤷🏽♀️
Same! Grant's is easy breezy but I have a bunch of extras on Purr that i can't use and it's wretched lol. I don't think just not playing should be the answer either :(
