Pogo Slots Quest2/Line Bet Bug

under gem transactions there is quite a few with codes that I don't understand that do not say for what game can you not see how I finished quest 2??. you just keep answering my replies with another question are you repair or just another player like me. obviously since this has been going on since the game came out I do not remember, that's why im here. if you LOOK at the pictures in first post you see there is an obvious problem either way. because if I do not have the ability to play for said missing quests how do I get them?? I would of finished quest 2 before quest 8 award

I'm an employee, but I'm trying to narrow down when you earned Quest Card 2. The date you gave me in April has Pogo Slots information but share which tier that they refer to. I can't give details, as this is a public forum, however you should be able to reference which tier from the information provided. If you can find them for Tier 2, then that's what we're looking for.

I cannot give you anymore information as under account it says,,"description not available" for 3/4s of my purchases.

Is there not away to reset my slots game as im stil showing the same as the

two pictures I attached to the first comment a month ago.

 does not look like im going to get unstuck from bet 1 since it is still blank ie: cannot play forward nothing there.

I went ahead and sent this additional information up to the Pogo team, who is currently investigating the issue. I don't have any updates just yet, but I will let you know as soon as I hear something.

2 .5 months later , now on rank 16

and quest card 12

and still only able to bet 1 line aka 30.

Starting to think no one is looking into this

I am having this problem too.  Niles emerge done on 12/24/20.  But have NO idea when card 2 was done.  How do I get this fixed for me?  This trouble with Pogo games is starting to get to me.  Hard to find help.
