Sweet Tooth Town "Sweet Play"

Hello! Sorry to hear about your game freezing. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to correct the problem, i.e. logging out clearing your cache and cookies, power cycling and checking for updates on your device and logging back in? 

Freezing can often be a symptom of limited available memory (RAM), especially when running browser-based games. Make sure all other websites are closed and Pogo is the only site open, each tab consumes memory — even idle ones.

Please try one of these steps and lets us know how it goes!

Have done this multiple times.  Never had a problem until the Sweet Play option was introduced.  Does not do it in any other mode of Sweet Tooth Town nor any other game on the platform.

We still have the ability to pick a town and play a level individually. Have you tried this option or are you on the same level the Sweet Play button is sending you to, if so, what level is it?

I am able to play everything else (towns and levels) just fine.  It's only the town/level that the Sweet Play sends me to.  It's Bakery Level 59.

Yes, that's correct.  Once it drops below 5 moves remaining, it will freeze, whether I'm close to winning or not.  This is the level it goes to from the Sweet Play option and it also freezes at the same point if I play it from the regular board.

Sweet Play Level 59 of Sweet Tooth Town.  I have been playing this level for several weeks.  Every single time that I collect 2 wrapped candies, this level freezes.  So I am basically stuck as due to it freezing every single time after collection 2 wrapped candies. If you are playing regular Sweet Tooth Town and click next level, it automatically puts me back to Sweet Play Level 59 as that is the level that always freezes when I collect two of the three wrapped candies. This is very tiresome and frustrating so I only struggle with Sweet Tooth Town for challenges. Gone is the enjoyment of this game.  Can someone look into what this issue is please.  Thank you

I'm having the exact same problem at Bakery Level 59.  I also made a tech support request but no resolution yet.  I"m sorry it's happening to you but I'm glad it's not just me because Pogo definitely thought it was on my end.

Please be assured Bakery Level 59 in Sweet Tooth Town has been reported and the team will begin investigating it.

I have been trying to play Sweet Tooth Town but it freezes and won't let me move. Please fix or eliminate this game. I rather have Cookie Connect than this game. It's been this way for several months now.
