Pogo slots

Having trouble with slots almost week and  still not working  Its seem like they don't care.  Is there way we can get hold of them any other way so they can fix these games.

Yes! Same problem pogo slots will not load on iPad! How can you win a game & get pogis if you can’t play especially in challenges! Why aren’t they being fixed? We pay for these subscriptions! Also, they are included in events like the “ Fairy Tale Ball”  and you can’t complete them to get the badge so how does it benefit us! We should get reimbursed with gems for the trouble with these games not working! Thank You for your help in this matter!

Haven’t been able to get Pogo Slots to work on any device for over 10 days with recommendations from EA. Sad that we can’t win any of the Fairytale games. Discouraging Pogo! 

I cannot load it either.  It's the only game I have left to complete for the special challenge.  It's very irritating.  No response from EA/Pogo is not good customer service.  I don't know why they put this game in it when they know a lot of people aren't able to load it!!.
