Pogo Stained Glass Badge Bundle 2 charged twice (256 vs 128 gems)
Pogo.com has a badge bundle called Stained Glass Badge Bundle 2 for 128 Gems. I tried to purchase it on March 8, 2024. Had trouble with purchasing the bundle on the Pogo Challenge Central page. Come to find out Pogo took 128 gems from my account TWICE and still could not access the bundle. March 9, 2024 I was able to access the bundle challenges but still had 256 Gems taken out. I never received the 128 gems back from the over charge. GEMS COST REAL MONEY TO PURCHASE. I followed instructions that Pogo has for customer support issues and went to the EA Help site. I attached photos of issue on my case/help ticket. No help then and no help today, March 11, 2024. Both times I was in chat I had the same rep, Shams, who said after lengthy chat, could not help me and disconnected the chat with NO RESOLUTION. Before discontinuing chat, he told me to come here to post my issue. This will not get me back the 128 GEMS that Pogo took. Those gems cost REAL MONEY. I wanted the bundle, have the bundle now, BUT paid for the bundle TWICE. All I want is the overcharged 128 gems back into my account.
