Pogo Stained Glass Badge Bundle 2 charged twice (256 vs 128 gems)

Pogo.com has a badge bundle called Stained Glass Badge Bundle 2 for 128 Gems. I tried to purchase it on March 8, 2024. Had trouble with purchasing the bundle on the Pogo Challenge Central page. Come to find out Pogo took 128 gems from my account TWICE and still could not access the bundle. March 9, 2024 I was able to access the bundle challenges but still had 256 Gems taken out. I never received the 128 gems back from the over charge. GEMS COST REAL MONEY TO PURCHASE. I followed instructions that Pogo has for customer support issues and went to the EA Help site. I attached photos of issue on my case/help ticket. No help then and no help today, March 11, 2024. Both times I was in chat I had the same rep, Shams, who said after lengthy chat, could not help me and disconnected the chat with NO RESOLUTION. Before discontinuing chat, he told me to come here to post my issue. This will not get me back the 128 GEMS that Pogo took. Those gems cost REAL MONEY. I wanted the bundle, have the bundle now, BUT paid for the bundle TWICE. All I want is the overcharged 128 gems back into my account.

    I agree with you 100% but the EA Help Team member named Shams with Case #171692655 told me to post in here during our chat right before he ended the chat abruptly.  Here is a copy of his instructions to me : 

    Shams (3/11/2024, 9:17:42 AM): Deborah I have shared the feedback with my team and hopefully you get the response soon for this!! I also request your to report it on your end on our Community forum so that Our Officials can be aware about it and can take appropriate action. Mutual report from your end And mine will help it in to be picked on priority and fixed on priority. https://www.ea.com/forums

    I still have yet to get my gems refunded from the overcharge.NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY and NO ONE IS FIXING ISSUE. Pogo.com and EA will not work together on this issue. I have also supplied the EA Help Team screenshots of the gems being taken from my account twice for the one bundle.

    Paid for gems but they do not show up. Charged to card but card issuer has asked if fraudulent charge. Need to reply to issuer asap, but no way to speak with a person at EA/POGO. Very bad experience. What is EA doing? If POGO is in trouble they should say so

    . Many year (18) member, but this is deeply concerning.. We need to remember that POGO is only a small and perhaps not very important (to EA) part. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
