Popit Party Costumes

What do you have to do to unlock the costumes once you have completed the first set of costumes? I have completed the first 20 costumes in Collection 1 and 10 costumes in Collection 2.

I know there are locked costumes for members, which I am, but still can't access? Anyone have any ideas?
