Poppit Bingo - Continuous Errors that didn't give me my points either

    Hey there, @pgozgurlyr. Thanks so much for the screenshot. It's super helpful!

    It looks like you're on Microsoft Edge Legacy rather than the new Edge. The current Microsoft Edge version is 83.0.478.45 and you can download the latest version from Microsoft's website here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

    Can you give that a try and let me know if it improves gameplay?

Hey there, @pgozgurlyr. Thanks for the screenshot. Unfortunately, we're going to need the system information section below that, that mentions browser version, OS version, etc. Would you be able to get another screenshot? It would help a lot.

      Hi Arrenai,

      Sorry about not replying earlier. 🤭 Actually I didn't play Poppit Bingo when the errors kept occurring and forgot that I had raised the issue regarding that. 

      I just wanted to say thankyou for all your help. 😃 👍 😉 Having the updated version available definitely helped. I can say as of now Poppit Bingo is working fine for me. 🙌

      By the way didn't realise but wondering why there is a 'YR' after my username. 🤔I just don't remember having noticed it before as it's always been 'PgozGurl' not 'PgozGurlyr'. Just curious that's all. 🤔

      Anyways thanks once again for all the help. It's highly appreciated. 🙂

        Hey there, @pgozgurlyr. 

        Thanks so much for the update! That's great to hear that it's behaving for you now. 🙂

        As for your username, the AHQ username goes off of the primary EA user ID you have set. Unlike the Pogo screenname, the one you use on AHQ can be updated at any time. You're welcome to update it at https://profile.ea.com.
