poppit bingo calls first number and freezes

I have tried to play Poppit Bingo three times now (once today and twice yesterday) and after the first number is called it freezes.  I have lost 120 tickets so far while trying to play lever 5, colosseum.  Is this going to be fixed soon?  I enjoy this game and don't want to lose any more tickets trying to play it.  I am playing on my pc, windows 10, microsoft edtge browser.

    Thank you for your response, but I tried playing again last night and there were no problems.  I don't know why it resolved itself, but it did.  I did not try any of your suggestions because I just received your message.  There are other players who seem to be having the same problem. I don't know if they have contacted support, but they should.

    Hey there, @liz63ann.

    Let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves game performance for you.

    • To start, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading and performance issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.
    • If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able toplay Poppit! Bingo normally, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

    Thank you for your response, but I tried playing again last night and there were no problems.  I don't know why it resolved itself, but it did.  I did not try any of your suggestions because I just received your message.  There are other players who seem to be having the same problem. I don't know if they have contacted support, but they should.
