poppit bingo not loading correctly

My Poppit Bingo isn't loading correctly.  I am unable to put a screen shot or save a copy of it.  The game is coming up, but it is missing the boxes and I can't see how many cards to pick, or the card part is missing on the actual bingo cards only the number are showing up.

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?

  • I have tried to reload, clear cache.  Even went to Support Assist.  Nothing works!!  The power-ups will not load correctly and let me use them.  I even re-started my computer.  Help Please!!!
