Hello! I double checked the game for you before responding and it loaded fine.
At this time, it would be a good idea to clean your device fully and check for updates.
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or not load completely. Also, check your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) has been updated to ensure you are getting a top speed from your provider. On the cable itself you will see a number, at this time the best is 6 or higher.
