Poppit Party is freezing on "Balooning"

Poppit Party is freezing on "Balooning" only with the Artist which has the Super Pop Booster, a  current Pop Goal.

It takes 4 hours to refresh the artist, so I have been prevented twice today from adding Super Pop Booster to the total. 

I cleared the cache and restarted the computer before playing, hoping to avoid the problem. It didn't help.

Other costumes have not had the problem today.

    Hey there, @GiraffeView.

    There were some technical issues on Sunday which were resolved later that day. Can you give the game another try and let me know how it goes for you?

    happens on about every third selection, more often on the king, nestor, and any other powerful caharacters

    I have had the same problem in Poppit Party. Given that it is after 10 pm where I am, I will not be able to complete the weekly challenge. Also, I have lost at least 10 gems rushing cleaning only to have the game freeze on ballooning again.

    the problem is not fixed with the freezing , the worst is you cant start another game till u finish this one, this sucks

    @freda080859vy I had issues over 2 years ago with it, and it was never resolved (this thread here is marked solved, but it never was for me). The game started working for me when I bought a new PC, but that's not viable for everyone. If you're having issues, I'd go to the main page here & open up a new topic/thread. Good luck! Still waiting over two months for Daily Sudoku issue to get fixed...

    This ballooning issue needs to be resolved. Can't move on in the marathon if it isn't. This problem is days now.

    @shamedp146 Looking back on previous complaints this has been going on for a couple of years. The ballooning was always slow for me, but now it's in dead stop.

    @shamedp146 Yes, this thread is closed, since it was started 2 years ago. You can go to the search box & start a new thread, but I don't think it will get fixed. Mine is still working, on my newer PC, so whatever they did two years ago to stop making it work on older systems, they're not going to worry about fixing. :-(

    I am still not able to get past "ballooning" even when I tried again this morning. Did all the things suggested to fix it but none have.
