No rooms available in Dice City Rollers

Can't get Dice City Roller or Poppit Bingo to connect. There's no way to reach out to tech support, huh? Just come on here and complain to the ether?

happens all the time for me on dice city roller and i sick of it after 20 years on here I done

I can’t find a room to join either. I try to start a room but no one joins. It’s been a week for me. 

ive come on this forum to try and find out why no ones in dice city roller anymore ive tried a few times and cant get in

Please fix dice city.  It is no fun playing alone.  It never shows any people playing.

If you'll notice, it may say 100+ people playing but none are in the Auction rooms, toggle over to the No Auction rooms and that is where the players are.  I prefer to play Auction games and there are no games available.  This seems to be a consistent problem on and off with Dice City Roller.  I wish they would get it fixed!  

The glitch with NO Auction rooms available in DCR has been going on ever since they put the game up, it's just been worse the past month.  There are NO AUCTION rooms showing AT ALL and one has to sit there and hit the refresh button for up to an hour before a room MAY show up.  And no, these rooms are NOT full, most only have 2 or 3 people in them...because they are INVISIBLE to friends.  Non-auction rooms show plenty or rooms and players, but auction rooms are blank.  Furthermore, there is NO customer service whatsoever...no Live Chat, No Email and they will not answer the phone.  Even if one is lucky enough, after refreshing for an hour, to find a room, if you leave that room for any reason, you will not be able to get back in as it will not show and you are back to hitting REFRESH.  Despite numerous complaints with this Auction issue, they ignore it and do not fix it.  Know why?  Because DCR is not a money-maker for them, no power ups, no GEMS required, so they don't make money.  I plan to file a complaint with the B.B.B.

I hadn't thought about that, but you are absolutely right.  Ever since the change over from the old Pogo format, almost all the games require you to purchase power ups with gems in order to have any hope of winning a game.  We don't have near the game selection we used to have probably because they can't figure a way to make them profitable for EA.  I am about to drop POGO because it has become a monthly money drain.  The games are designed to make you frustrated because you can't win them so you purchase a power up just to be able to win.  I am now forcing myself not to purchase any more gems or buy any more power ups. Trying to find another game platform and drop POGO.  It's a shame because I used to love POGO with the wide variety of fun games to play.  Not anymore.
