Thanks so much for the information. It's super helpful. It is missing the Do Not Track line, but let's see if we can still figure it out.
You stated that most recently you were using Chrome, but the compatibility scan shows Safari. Were you using Chrome or Safari when the level up rewards weren't received?

Chrome. After I lost out last time I leveled up, and didn't get my Cactus Cash, I was told there was nothing that could be done, because I was using Safari. Now, whenever I play Bingo, especially when close to Level up, I switch to Chrome.Are you still working on a solution? It really kills me that you work so hard for so long to get this Cactus Cash, and then twice in a row you don't get it! I am on fixed income, so I do not purchase these things. I get what I EARN, usually!

Would you be able to share your compatibility scan for the browser you were using at the time? I want to double-check that everything looks alright there.

I replied earlier today, but it disappeared, so here again is my Chrome scan:
It is my understanding that Java and Flash are no longer required. I even tried to download them and they are no longer available for download.
