The new tank is not keeping credit of levels played. When you sign out and come back in you are at level 1 again. Is this a bug that can be fixed?

We made some changes, can you try clearing your cache or switching to your incognito mode for your browser and check if the progression saves?

Unable to finish game. Three times now I'm told progress cannot be saved and I have lost a bunch of pogies only to lose everything. Please fix it. it was a problem from the start of this most recent chapter.

when I finish to do list task call tom it says progress can't be saved and starts over
I Have completed 60 of 60 levels in the deep sea exhibit but it won't let me get passed the call tom task in the to do list. keeps saying progress can't be saved
You should find this is working now. As of this morning I was able to complete the section by playing random levels. I changed nothing. They fixed things at their end...
I’ve tried all of these suggestions to fix the issue, and none fixed the problem. I mainly use my apple iPhone to play pogo (with the latest update iOS 15.4.1). Clearing history, private mode…nothing is working for me except using another device, but that’s inconvenient. Please advice. I’m attaching what I see when I try to load the game…
