Quinns Aquarium Deep Shadows - Progress not being saved

have played first level 3 times still cleaning room?????

Glitch in Quinn's Aquarium. When game loads not all levels appear on screen. Load current level and duplicate open tiles appear but cannot be accessed. 10-15 moves into the game and, even with open tiles available the game ends with "no moves" on screen. Been down all day.

I am having the same problem. I got to level 17 and it took me right back to the beginning.

Another glitch in Quinns Aquarium.  Although it says I have played 16 levels each time I return to the game it takes me back to the beginning of the latest stage. Very frustrating

Pogo is not saving game progress in the brand new "The Deep Sea" exhibit in Quinn's Aquarium.   I have played on two different occasions now, progressing to the stage of waiting for Sue to arrive.  On re-entry to the game at a later time, I am back to the beginning of the exhibit even though it shows that I have reached Level 11 of Part 1 of this exhibit.

The only support option seems to be this forum.  I cannot find an option to actually submit a bug report to EA for Pogo issues such as this. 

Quinn's Aquarium is showing I have played 15/60 games in the newly added area, but when I try to continue, the wording and everything starts back over like I haven't played those games.  Help Please!

I'm on level 4 of the newest deep sea exhibit and when i enter the game it's making me start over.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
• Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
• Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

• What device and browser your using (Version if possible)  
• A Screenshot or video clip (Using Windows Game Bar, Using Screen to Gif) 
• A DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we can share this with the team.
