Quinn's Aquarium Error Message

Has anyone ever get this message after completing a game?

• Here is the screen shot of the error I get when I finish a game and it is usually after I have used a gem to complete the game.  I don't understand why I get this message.  You can't save the game at anytime anyways. I'm tired of losing the gems I purchased.  I lost 3 gems yesterday and one today (so far).  Please let me know why this is happening.
