Recently a card will freeze occasionally.

You say you are currently working on a fix ? Some of these complaints date back 4 months. For customers that have paid accounts, why not give them back some money ? I guarantee if EA had some skin in the game it wouldn't take 4 months to correct an issue. Let's say that for every month that you drag your feet on an issue, in return your paying customers get a free month or two. I think that this would provide the incentive to care about your customer's complaints.
